Centennial Acquisitions Exhibiton, October 22nd-23rd, 30th-31st, 2010:
Langdon descendant Frances Stone Warrick had many fond recollections of visiting her grandmother and great-aunts at the Langdon House as a small child. After inheriting many of the family portraits she remembered from her childhood, she decided that they ultimately should return to the Langdon House after her death. Her generous bequest adds to the richness of the story told at the house to visitors today. This portrait was painted when she was just over a year and-a-half old.
