Description

Open, one seat Portland cutter on two runners. The cutter has a curved dash with a leather wing on each side. The seat is upholstered in a blue wool fabric. the body and runners are painted blue with pale blue detailing. There is a wooden whip holder in the front, right corner of the cutter. The body is attached to the runners by six metal rods.
