Pair of cermic hands holding open shells, possibly for holding jewelry (or possibly a creamer (?), or other service item). White hand with outstretched finger stands on pink ruffled cuff with blue band. Pink colored shells with scalloped and wavy sides. One end of shell appears to be a spout. Opposite end appears to be a finger (illeg.) hold. Hollow interior.
