Description

This pastoral pattern depicts three vignettes that relate to prints and copperplate textiles of the period. The vignettes are lined up vertically. There is the couple with the rake, the standing shepherd with the seated woman and seated shepherd with a woman holding a basket of fruit. Each scene is separated with ovals and swags. Printed in black on a white ground.
