The border matches the striped sidewall and completes the top with a crowning floral spray and bud. There is also cording on the edges and a swag of beads. Top band are stylized oak leaves in square compartments with scrolled edges. Printed cinnamon and brown flock, gold, grey, green and white on a cream ground.
