Historical/Biographical Note

Frances Little, daughter of Daniel Noyes Little and born in 1890, was known for her intellectual achievements. She was the valedictorian of her high school and a leader in her class at Radcliffe College, from which she graduated. She taught briefly and died of tuberculosis at the age of 27.
