Subseries C, Financial, 1822-1884, undated, contains invoices and receipts for the household and farm dated 1825, 1830-35, 1836-39, 1841-44, 1855, 1862-68, 1870-77, and undated. It also includes a subscription for the First Religious Society, Newbury (1838-40), tax assessments for the parish, county, town, and state (1822-84) and a school district tax assessment dated 1865. Finally, this series includes account books for milk customers (1841-43, 1846-57, 1853, 1854-55, and 1856) and expenses for removing and rebuilding, 1849. The subseries is arranged according to record type and chronologically thereafter.
