Description

Rug with center panel of three large octagons, each containing an eight pointed star and bands of red and white 'clouds' in center. Blue octagons on red ground. Two narrow borders of red and yellow ribbons one on green ground the other on blue ground. One wide border of multi colored octagons on white ground. Woven into rug design in top right corner "1884" or "1889" [hard to tell which]. Edges are bound in tan.
