This is the exterior of the Bartlett House in Amesbury, Massachusetts with a group of people standing outside the home. There is a large fence that surrounds the yard leading to the entrance. Josiah Bartlett was part of the Continental Congress and second to sign the Declaration of Independence in 1776.
