Nine pieces of a dismantled high post, tester bed. Four posts on wheels with bridle joints. Two foot posts each with blocked feet, Marlborough leg; round, bronze, floral bolt hole covers on exterior sides; urn, garland and palm leaf mid section; acanthus leaf into round tapered tops. Reminiscent of Hepplewhite designs. Canopy frame is missing, only metal pins in posts remain. Two square, tapered top, head posts. Bolt hole coveres missing on right head post and outer left side of the left head post. Rectanular foot and head stretchers with metal pin attachments some washers missing. Side stretchers with mattress "L" braces. Arched head boards. Possibly carved by Samuel McIntire.
