Two matching parts made up of two long pieces of wood that are connected at one end with black metal hinge type piece that allows the piece that rest together like scissors to be stretched into a long continuous line. Marked with black stamped numbers an inch apart, going to twelve, then starting over. Numbers repeat three times with eleven extra inches. Small sharp metal hooks are located below the numbers on a ledge ending on the third twelve.
