Description

Pianoforte, rectangular form. Mahogany veneered with brass string inlay. Double brass molding in dot and leaf pattern along front and sides. Pianoforte has three drawers, two outermost ones have brass ring pulls with ornate foliate escutcheons. Hinged lid and fall board also has brass molding along edge. Six turned and reeded tapered legs with brass cuffs and casters. Two matching pedal legs. Board behind keys has some fretwork on either end and brassmaker's plate at center. Inside piano is a removeable dust board painted green, black and gold. Front edges of ivory keys are molded.
