Long plum colored women's dress with ivory trim at the neckline and wrists with purple and ivory geometric embroidery on the lower half of the sleeves and bodice. The dress has full length fitted sleeves with four snap button closures at the wrist. Along the side seam under the left arm is a four snap button and two hook closures. The dress has an attached fabric covered belt with an oval fabric covered buckle. The ivory trim around the neck and wrists is stained and discolored. Inside the dress at each shoulder is a black ribbon with a snap, possibly for a slip or holding bra straps. The back of the dress has decorative seaming at the hips and a band of fabric in the center of the back.
