Short black velvet women's jacket with voided velvet floral patterns on gold cheeked silk. The jacket has short square cut velvet sleeves and a single button closure at the waist. The jacket falls to the hip. It has a simple stand up collar with square ends. The jacket has a seam at the waist so that the fabric flares out at the waist creating a puffy upper section over a lower panel or peplum.
