Pastel green chiffon dress with bell sleeves and a fabric flower at the left hip. The ankle length dress has a full, flared skirt with rounded edges. The sleeves are fitted to the elbow then flare out in a bell shape. The dress also has a detachable pastel green silk under dress with lace trim at the neck. On each shoulder of the outer dress are several rows of shirring. The fabric flower is also pastel green with beads used as the center section. The back of the dress has a V-shaped panel at the neck and a diagonal seam running from the right shoulder to the left hip. There is also a curved seam running across the back of the knees.
