Description

White cotton petticoat with drawstring waist. The bottom of the petticoat is double tiered. The top layer is embroidered with circles, leaves, ribbons, and flowers. Both layers of the bottom hem have scalloped edges. There are several stains and the bottom edge of the petticoat has been repaired several times.
