Description

White cotton petticoat with drawstring waist and two tired ruffled hem. Embroidered in the front center, near the waist band is the monogram "APW" the top tier of the skirt has a scalloped edge with eyelet and polka dot designs. The bottom tier has a plain ruffle with lace edging.
