Description

Yellow silk underdress, partially unstitched. The entire neck and shoulder area has been undone. Both sleeves have also been removed. The material for the right sleeve is stored with the underdress. The underdress appears to have had three quarter length sleeves. The material for the left sleeve is missing. The underdress has eight cloth covered buttons up the front bodice. The front edge of the skirt is shorter than the back hem, creating a small train. The hem of the underdress is trimmed with a pleated ruffle.
