Calf length blue wool women's dress with small checked pattern. The dress has elbow length sleeves with cuffs and a simple fold down collar. The dress buttons down the front with nine cloth covered round buttons and two snap button closures. There is a narrow width belt made from the dress fabric and two front pockets. The tag sewn into the back of the neckline states: "Eve Carver Original (R)" Blue shoulder pads have been sewn into each shoulder.
