Blue and white floral pattern cotton women's dress with full length sleeves. The calf length dress has a v-shaped neck collar with lace trim. The bodice opens with three snap buttons along the right side of the collar. The fitted sleeves have two snap buttons at the waist. There is an attached belt in the same floral print as the dress. It fastens with one snap button. The skirt falls from the high waist in wide pleated panels. There is a three snap button and one hook closure in the left seam at the waist.
