GUSN-190082
The full color trade card advertises minced codfish, canned by Henry Mayo & Co. of Boston, Massachusetts. A caricature of a cook wearing a red and white striped toque is hauling a cod fish on his back. The fish is as long as he is tall. The card also includes the following ditty: "Of all the odd fish, the minced codfish, is the best ever caught on a hook: it eats well and cooks well, tastes well and looks well, and never goes back on the cook."
