Long rectangular orange silk shawl. The shawl has a pale tan and peach center and progresses through various shades of orange until it reaches a dark orange at the top and bottom edges. There are three wide orange bands along the top and bottom edges. The ends of the shawl are bound with a band that follows the same color progression as the center panel. There is a tag sewn into the upper left corner "A.P. Phillips". There is a large rectangular section of the shawl missing from the bottom right corner.
