The hat has a medium height flat-topped crown with the sides of the crown rising slightly higher than the top. The inside of the hat has a leather strip of trim attached where the brim and the crown meet. The interior of the crown is made from a heavy black material. There is a thin black elastic strap attached to the leather trim with stitching to form a chin strap.
