Short silk kimono-style bed jacket. The front neck and edges of the sleeves have a wide cream colored silk border and the rest of the bed jacket is made of an oatmeal colored silk. The front opening has no closures and it flares out as it comes down to the waist and comes down to a V in the front. The sleeves are very wide and flare out towards the edges reaching approximately mid forearm. There are scattered embroidered floral motifs across the front and sleeves. The flowers are all the same unidentified type with dark brown stem and leaves and tan petals. Under the arms there is a triangular panel of materials inserted that gives the bottom of the jacket its flared appearance. The inside of the jacket has a cream colored silk lining the same silk used for the borders of the sleeves and neck. The back is plain with the border of the neckline visible, the same scattered embroidered flowers across the back and sleeves. The bottom edge of the back has a slight wave to it with the sides hanging lower than the middle, which curves upward.
