Description

Two postcard albums of approximately 800 scenic and architectural views throughout New England, 1910-1915. Compiled by D. M. Wheeler.

Volume A has scenic and architectural views of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Postcards are black and white with some colored. Mounting pages are deteriorating, but postcards are in excellent shape. Lots of town, city, country, ocean and mountain views. Major cities of each state are included as well as small towns and mountain vistas.

Volume B has approximately 420 postcards with scenic and architectural views of Massachusetts including beach, mountains, industrial, city and country views, architectural scenes of schools and colleges, hotels, business and municipal buildings as well as some residential. Mounting pages and cards are in reasonable shape although last few pages of book have deterioration from dampness.
