Description

A collection of six albums documenting colonial exteriors, interiors, doorways, cottages and colonial details dated 1916-early 1920's. Albums are from architect Bruce Elwell most likely during his years at Grandgent & Elwell, based on photograph dates and imprints on the back of various photos.

97 small 2 ½" x 4" black & white photographs of cottages and other colonial details including churches, fences, stairways, door knockers, stone and brickwork, window details, and town halls.
