There is a reproduced letter regarding a legal dispute over a right of way. 2 pages (loose) list machinists' tools. The loose notes include inventories, expenses, and tax assessments re: the real estate of John Weston (d. 1883). Also a patent of machinery granted by U.S. to Thomas F. Weston (1874) of Salem. Also sketch of family cemetery plot arrangement.
