Blue satin ribbon with gold embossed writing and a dove tailed end. At the top is a gold colored plate that has decorative scrollwork and a white paper with a black stamp on it. There are a few black stains that are tear drop shaped. The writing on the ribbon is fading slightly. The edge of the ribbon is fraying. On the back is a sticker label that states where the ribbon came from.
