Description

Postcards compiled by Edwin B. Sears of Weston and Camden, Maine. The first dozen or so pages have some excellent views of Boston sites, streets, etc. by the Detroit Publishing Company. These are possibly based on the work of photographer Henry Peabody (whose original photographs of Boston sites, streets can be found in album 17.) Note: other subjects relate to New York, scenery, genre views and are not herein described. However, this is a particularly intact example of a "compiled" postcard album. 169 postcards

Received 1987.
