Description

Album of photographs from a farm called "Mother Scotts" at an unidentified location near a lake, woods, and "Gulf Road," probably late nineteenth century. Family is shown posing in sunbonnets, haying, waiting for the mail man (who is also shown), hiking toward the "Lookout," relaxing on the porch and in the sun, and cutting down a tree (in three illustrated steps) for the lumber industry. Pets and livestock are also photographed.
