Description

Provisions at 2234 Washington Street and Ira P. Jefts' Pharmacy at 2224 Washington Street. A large billboard for the real estate and loan business of John F. Newton, Jr. at 27 State Street sits atop Doten's grocery store. To the far left can be seen the girders of the elevated railway, underneath which a trolley car and wagons pass.
