Woven wool rug with center panel of four connected rectangles. Within each rectangle is a large octagon. Two of them have eight-pointed stars, diamonds and little birds. The other two have a diamond made of rosettes and birds. The blue field of each rectangle has eight-pointed stars, rosettes, s-shapes, very plump botehs and birds. The third rectangle from the top has a figure of a man in the right corner. The rectangles are connected by tree of life designs. There are three main borders. Two borders are multi-colored diagonal lines at all different angles. The other has wide multi-colored diagonal bands with latch-hooks in them. The edges are bound in an ivory-tan color.
