Description

Wool Dagestan rug with large center panel containing six rows of five eight pointed stars enclosed and connected by a rams horn design. There are six rows of three palmettes alternating with two stylized tulips. At one time the background was a dark blue and contains a multi-colored figure eight design. The fringe is striped with purple and a salmon color. The edges are bound with alternating bands of purple and blue.
