Luther Briggs, Jr. designed these additions alterations to Emerson House at Harrison Square (now known as Clam Point) in Dorchester, Boston, Massachusetts. This one sheet of heavy paper includes six architectural drawings in ink pencil, and wash: a side elevation, rear elevation, first, second, and third story floor plans, and a detail drawing of a birdhouse.
