(Mrs.) Eda Borgeson, Norwegian. True friend and laundress in our household for over 50 years. When asked if she didn't get tired washing sometimes, she answered, "Oh, no. It's a change from the ironing." Such devotion & spirit. She died in my mother's employ. 1952. A.W. Chase (?). (handwritten)
