In script, in ink, on both sides of paper tag: ""Beemerville 2-18 1901 / Genuine Wampum Indian / Beads Presented by Ralph Space [or Spale?]. over / Their [sic] were three kinds of beads / white blue and black the Indians / used for money the white was the least value / Sussex NJ"".
