Description

A horse-drawn vehicle enclosed on two sides stands in front of the Louis Prang Printing Factory, in Roxbury, Massachusetts. The image would have been before 1874 when Washington Street was changed to Roxbury Street. A male figure stands on the sidewalk on Gardner Street. Above Gardner, Centre Street can be seen. On the lower right corner the matte is stamped "Augustine H. Folsom, Phot., No. 2 Soren's Block, Roxbury and 123 Washinton St. Boston."
