Description

Toy Halloween noisemaker. Consists of an aluminum can mounted on a stick, and covered in oak tag and construction paper. The can is filled with small pebbles, or possibly beans, that make noise when the toy is shaken. The stick is an actual tree branch, complete with bark. The can is decorated to resemble a clown's head.
