Accoridng to Ken Liss from the Brookline Historical Society, this photo is from sometime after 1912. "The building on the left, the Pierce Block, was built after a January 1913 fire that destroyed an earlier wooden commercial block. The Coolidge Corner building, just past the S.S. Pierce Building on the right, opened in 1912."
