Floor length blue and white plaid sheer dress w/ 3/4" sleeve. Ruffles on bottom, on cuffs, V-shape over high-neckline and back. Blue buttons on back of bodice section. Alterations: back of neck sewn into V-shape. Fabric inserted at waistline, silver and blue brocade.
