One half of a cast brass belt buckle, decorated with two Renaissance Revival-style dolphins flanking center, facing one another atop a scrolled foliate V-shaped element. The matching half of the buckle would have had a hook that attached to the loop at base of V-shaped element. Buckle as worn would be horizontal but image oriented vertically.
