Round clothing button depicting part of the seal of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Gold-painted wood forms the main part, mounted on a metal back. The front depicts a Native American holding an arrow in his left hand and a bow in his right hand, with a star in the upper left, all inside a shield. Beneath the shield in a ribbon reading, MASSACHUSETTS. Twenty-six stars encircle the crest. Horizonally striped background.
