Commemorative shield-shaped medal with decorative scrolled edges, with stamped image of a single pylon monument set in a grassy, fenced area surrounded by brick houses. Inscription in block letters flanks the pylon, "BUNKER HILL MONUMENT/ BOSTON MASS." Closure is a hinged pin set vertically on back.
