French Scenic wallpaper "Palais-Royal" pattern. Panel depicts a man wearing a turban and a woman in a bonnet standing in the bottom left corner. Stone steps lead up to a structure hung with scalloped and tasseled curtains. Part of a dragon fountain appears in bottom right corner. Panel framed by a leafy arch at top and tree like columns on sides. Block printed in grisaille on blue ground. Original manufacturer and designer are unknown. Removed from a ca. 1800 house in Hopkinton, New Hampshire.
