Description

The verso has 1814 and 1874 images of Oak Hall, the earlier one the residence of C.B. Simmons. The brochure reads "the oldest clothing house in Boston." Visitors to the Mechanics' Fair are instructed to see the Oak Hall cloth cutting, button hole and automatic measuring equipment and steam sewing machines in Quincy Hall.
