White die cast metal toy ambulance, with clear plastic front and rear windshields, black and white hubcaps, and black rubber tires. There is a steering wheel, a dashboard, and seats printed inside the interior of the ambulance. The roof of the ambulance has two siren horns, and a red plastic lamp.
