Description

Piece of fringe made of crocheted cream-colored cotton. Used as a skirt for fireplace mantel. Long strands of loose fringe at bottom connected to a crocheted border at top. Border consists of two horizontal strips connected by vertical strands. Border bottom is scalloped where it turns into the loose fringe.
