Pair of side chairs; mahogany; broadly porportioned Chippendale ribbon back with "Z" branded on underside of stretchers; solid crest rail with center carved medallion of scroll work around a circle; round ears with scroll carving; three horizontally pierced scrolled slats with open central circle, beaded on top edge; back stiles molded and beaded; serpentined seat with overupholstered rail; covered in yellow silk damask; square legs, beaded on outside fore edge; plain "H" stretchers front and back; back legs chamfered on inside fore edge.
