Blue and white pin striped bodice, silk w/ white floral lace at collar and sheer black ruffle w/ lace trim at sleeve cuffs. Mutton sleeves sewn in tucks; pleated front. Stays sewn on white cotton lining. 2 layers of hook and eye clasps at center.
