One of a pair of Chippendale side chairs; serpentine crest with rounded shoulders and spurs along the lower edge; pierced splat with a pair of openwork scrolls above an inverted heart; over-the-rail upholstery; straight molded front legs; straight H-stretchers and rear stretcher with rounded top edge; a scratch bead outlines the stiles and crest.
